KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and document the architecture of IT solutions, covering technical, functional, and non-functional elements.
- Offer technical direction and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ascertain business needs and objectives.
- Identify and assess suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks to fulfill project requirements while aligning with IT and business strategies.
- Design and execute IT solution components, including databases, applications, integrations, security measures, and infrastructure.
- Support development, testing, and deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of IT solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve IT solution issues, providing thorough root cause analysis.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting a collaborative and agile work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience as an IT systems architect, IT consultant, or in a comparable role.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise across various IT domains, including software development, cloud services, web technologies, databases, networking, security, and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to design and implement IT solutions that fulfill business objectives.
- Highly innovative, adaptable, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Eager to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
