Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Oki Cleaning Company Incorporated. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various settings, including apartment complexes, office buildings, and healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Punctuality and a team player attitude.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road job with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
