Job Title: Senior Stress Engineer DTA

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Stress Engineer with experience in damage tolerance analysis and repair engineering. This role offers opportunities for career growth and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of aircraft stress areas for metallic repairs on aircraft structures.
  • Update aircraft manuals, including the Aircraft Structural Repair Publication and Aircraft Maintenance Publication.
  • Prepare or review stress analysis reports covering repairs or allowable damage limits to metallic structures.
  • Interact with a multidisciplinary team to develop structural repair solutions.
  • Perform aircraft static strength, durability, and damage tolerance analyses for specific or generic structural metallic repairs.
  • Provide expertise in updating various aircraft structural manuals.

Required Skills:

  • Repair Engineering (5 years)
  • Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) (minimum 2 years)
  • Stress Engineering (3-5 years)
  • Metallic Structures (2 years minimum)
