About the Role:

Harnois Énergies, a leading energy solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join its team. As a key member of the company's legal department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks governing the convenience store, food products, and petroleum products industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on project execution within required legislative and regulatory guidelines
  • Serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors for affiliated companies
  • Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Provide employee training on regulatory compliance and risk management

Requirements:

  • Member of the Quebec Bar
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Background in business law
  • Experience in compliance, regulatory law, and the food industry an asset
