About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Kitchen Operations Management

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Cleanliness and Safety

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods.
