Key Responsibilities:- Initiate treatment plans, including health care management and therapeutic interventions.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with statutory and regulatory standards, limits, conditions, policies, and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Office Assistants and Clinic Manager to ensure seamless patient care.
- Practice autonomously and interdependently within the context of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, making referrals to specialists and specialty clinics as appropriate.
