About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team at Santa Fe Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving new stock as needed.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers, to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
