We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at 019987 Hub International Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Advisor, you will provide professional insurance advice to clients at various car dealership locations, ensuring they have the right coverage for their new vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
- Assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones, and performing other tasks.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
- Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
- Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
- Ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds.
- Continuously develop professional skills and abilities to enhance performance.
- Level 1 General Insurance License.
- 6+ months of previous insurance experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for dealership travel.
- Industry designation or working towards one.
