At Danube Trucking Inc., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations for transportation
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
  • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo during transportation
Requirements:
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Valid passport
  • Criminal record check
  • Driver's validity license check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel cross-border, internationally, and for extended periods
Working Conditions:
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling

  • Hours: 30 to 60 hours per week
