Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes, including eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches
  • Assist with dinner service preparation, including food preparation and plating
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure high-quality dishes and efficient service

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a kitchen environment
  • Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Weekend availability, with 2-3 shifts per week
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
