Job Title: 3rd Cook

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated 3rd Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a 3rd Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our guests. If you have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and presentation.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education.
  • Foodsafe Certificate.
  • Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledge in food safety preparation.
  • Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and special events.
  • Ability to successfully complete a security screening.
