  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used, contributing to efficient inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, contributing to a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, preparing them for cooking and presentation.
