Job Description

At Swiftrans Logistics, we are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
