Position Overview

As a Business Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our establishment. Your expertise will be essential in implementing and refining administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Administrative Implementation: You will be responsible for executing new administrative protocols and assessing their effectiveness.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Prioritization: Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Activities: Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
  • Data Management: Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee and coordinate office administrative functions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflict situations that may arise.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
