Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transport Truck Trailer Mechanic to join our team at A & S Express Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of commercial transport trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with transport truck systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Estimate repair costs and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex issues and share knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
