- Staff Management: Hire, train, and arrange for training of staff, as well as authorize payments and manage cash.
- Inventory and Merchandising: Organize and maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a non-smoking and air-conditioned work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 35 hours per week.
