Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients in the community. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering client-centered care and will be able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy services to clients in the community, including assessment, treatment, and education
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care services
Requirements
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Computer skills (i.e. Google Docs, G Suite)
- Experience working within the MVA (motor vehicle accident) system is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
