Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute intricate investigations within the assigned jurisdiction
  • Gather data and organize surveillance tasks
  • Oversee investigative teams on high-stakes cases
  • Collect evidence and conduct witness interviews
  • Draft investigative reports for relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with external organizations for information sharing
  • Comply with local laws and claims governance
  • Offer expertise for specialized training sessions

Qualifications:

Required:
Bachelor's Degree and over 7 years of experience in financial crime investigations or insurance claims analysis
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree and over 9 years of experience in handling commercial claims
Comprehensive understanding of claims processes and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
