Position Overview

Crestview Auto Service is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Technician to join our skilled team. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our clients' vehicles.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in automotive technology.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Certification: Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification and Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate are required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles to assess performance.
  • Evaluate and diagnose automotive systems and components.
  • Modify, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems as necessary.
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance services to ensure vehicle reliability.
  • Provide expert advice to customers regarding services performed and future maintenance needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Work Environment
  • Transportation/Travel: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
  • Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory.
