Job Title: Mixologist / Cocktailer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of high-quality cocktails and beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and menus to meet customer preferences.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring seamless service during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Support the service team and floor manager while on shift, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Accurately record and relay all food and drink orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Coordinate with chefs and bartenders, providing clarification when needed, to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Mixologist in a restaurant or bar setting and certificate/diploma in Mixology.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in 'Fine Dining'.
• Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
