Key Responsibilities- Labour Relations: Develop and implement labour relations strategies to maintain positive relationships with employees and labour unions.
- Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, recognition, and development opportunities.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures related to labour relations and workplace conflict resolution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in labour relations, conflict resolution, or a related field.
- Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement.
