Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Clinical Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians and their staff to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide education and guidance on various program services to physicians and their staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively manage patient care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, reimbursement policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient claims.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex patient care issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse (RN) degree or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, reimbursement policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
