The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Generative AI, Data Governance, DevOps, and data analytics, alongside agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of exceptional outcomes.
You will cultivate relationships with various team members within the community, especially programmers, artists, and designers, serving as a primary resource for support and guidance. By staying attuned to the user community, you will gain insights into their workflows and requirements.
With a comprehensive grasp of the products you oversee, you will provide the community with tools that resonate with their realities, enabling them to fulfill the vision of their games.
Your role will involve educating and assisting productions to ensure they fully understand and utilize the tools available to them. Additionally, you will contribute your unique insights to advance the domain for the future.
In a multifaceted role that encompasses training, design, and product management, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert on Technology Group tools: assisting teams in utilizing available products, onboarding, and guiding them towards optimal workflows while addressing issues.
- Collaborating with product managers and other specialists to define the product roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision.
- Working alongside programming teams to design and develop features that align with community needs and monitoring progress.
- Participating in the quality assurance process to ensure our generative models and solutions meet the standards expected by content creators.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI solutions and integrating emerging techniques into your workflows.
- Creating educational materials, such as product tutorials and documentation.
- Maintaining close communication with the community across Ubisoft, gathering and evaluating their feedback, and sharing updates.
- Identifying and exploring opportunities to address creative challenges by leveraging generative AI solutions and enhancing content creation through automation.
- Providing direct support to Productions.
- Experience in project or product management (or relevant experience);
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, such as Comfy UI, ControlNet, RAG;
- Understanding of generative model fine-tuning;
- A client-oriented mindset with a proactive approach;
- The ability to deeply understand the needs of collaborators to meet them effectively;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust;
- Flexibility in your work to balance planned tasks and unexpected challenges;
- Analytical skills that enable you to assess products and propose enhancements;
