This role reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely preparation, dispensing, and delivery of prescriptions.
• Maintaining sufficient inventory levels to fulfill patient needs.
• Providing counsel to patients with appropriate documentation.
• Overseeing the hiring and performance management of pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure adequate inventory of medications and over-the-counter supplements.
• Monitor and review budgeted sales and net contributions.
• Control costs effectively within the pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a valid Class A Pharmacist license are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance business through community-focused marketing strategies.
• Proficient in personal computing, with familiarity in pharmacy management systems being advantageous.
