Academic Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Instructor to join our team at the Grand Erie District School Board. As a Night School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials to meet the needs of students
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education

• Ontario College of Teachers' Certificate of Qualification
• Qualified to teach in the Intermediate/Senior Divisions in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
