You will work closely with the management team to drive sales, promote teamwork, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

* Demonstrating and modeling selling skills, customer service, and teamwork
* Supporting the management team in leadership, training, and promotion of teamwork
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of all products and staying current on new information
* Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations
* Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, following posted schedules, and focusing on sales and meeting goals

Requirements include:

* Customer service experience preferred
* Good reading and written language skills, good communication skills, basic arithmetic, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs, heavier product with team assist
