Job Summary

Shamin Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and beverages meet quality control standards.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling.

Work Conditions
