Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of closet, garage, and office organization products and cabinetry for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Quality Control: Install closets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients' homes, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Client Communication: Communicate clearly and honestly with clients, verbally and in writing, to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Schedule jobs and dispatch crews when necessary, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Construction Experience: Preferred experience in construction or a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift over 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
