About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Teriyaki Boys. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks on products to ensure that they meet our high standards.
