  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage greenhouse and nursery operations efficiently.
  • Address and control reported pest, disease, and weed issues.
  • Establish and maintain optimal growing conditions.
  • Develop work schedules for staff.
  • Supervise team members in planting, transplanting, feeding, and spraying activities.
Supervision

Oversee staff across various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

Specializing in the cultivation of bedding plants.

Transportation Requirements

Must have own transportation for commuting.
