About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Child Caregiver to join our team at Biso Caregiver. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Child Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as supervise and care for them.
  • Discipline and Social Development: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
  • Emotional Well-being: Tend to the emotional well-being of the children and provide a nurturing environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
