About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Remotivate LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our digital backbone, ensuring seamless operations and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire company infrastructure, including database management.
  • Ensure optimization, performance, and data integrity across all systems.
  • Maintain and monitor the website's uptime, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
  • Take full accountability for all aspects of the infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect data and systems.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments.
  • Expertise in server infrastructure, with experience in Google Cloud Platform.
  • Security expertise, with a deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
