We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Planner to join our Surface Treatment Department at Raytheon ELCAN.

As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining department processes and work instructions.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues and Operations department team members to troubleshoot and navigate through various production and customer challenges.

Continuous improvement and cost reductions will be essential aspects of your daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize surface treatment processes to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and customer issues
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and department processes
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and/or Metallurgy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production environment
  • Technical ability to interpret drawings
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
