About the Role

Tinkoz Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Officer to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our planning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the planning team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and presentations.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Preparation and Control: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Administrative Procedures Oversight: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize electronic mail, electronic schedulers, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform job duties.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
