Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the planning team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and presentations.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Budget Preparation and Control: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Office Administrative Procedures Oversight: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are running smoothly.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize electronic mail, electronic schedulers, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform job duties.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent Employment: A permanent position with a stable and growing company.
- English Language: A work environment where English is the primary language spoken.
- 30-40 Hours per Week: A flexible schedule with 30-40 hours of work per week.
