Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the management team, the Team Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional service for community members while guiding Team Members to achieve the same goal. This role is essential in promoting global wellness through our products and services. The Team Supervisor collaborates closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to fulfill operational responsibilities and leadership tasks.
In this position, you will cultivate a workplace culture that embodies the company's values and service philosophy, balancing operational efficiency with a focus on team engagement and support.
Through daily activities, the Team Supervisor plays a key role in nurturing and enhancing Saje's culture by actively participating in behaviors that reflect our core values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness, and Belonging.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster an atmosphere of outstanding community member service, promoting our exceptional products and enhancing wellness through the in-store experience.
- Drive business performance and meet critical KPIs, including revenue growth, average transaction value, in-store traffic, conversion rates, and loyalty program expansion.
- Ensure Team Members possess the necessary product knowledge to provide thoughtful recommendations to community members.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and identify opportunities to enhance the in-store presentation.
- Adopt a proactive and creative approach to business development through community engagement.
- Motivate and elevate your team through effective coaching, collaboration, and by exemplifying our core values.
- Prioritize a culture-first approach in all actions, demonstrating a commitment to personal development and self-awareness.
