Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans for clients, analyzing financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective operation of our accounting systems.
- Financial Examination: Conduct financial examinations, analyzing financial records and identifying areas for improvement.
- Financial Advice: Provide financial, business, and tax advice to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make informed decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and financial planning.
- Certifications: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
