We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at LUSO LUXURY LTD. as a key member of our dining staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage options.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring seamless service.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Work Environment

The Banquet Server will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
