We are currently looking for a skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our reputable team at IS2 Staffing Services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supervising the development and design of various engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Manage a team of civil technologists, providing guidance and support throughout project phases.
- Conduct comprehensive project reviews, including assessments of Statements of Work (SOW), cost calculations, and execution timelines.
- Review and analyze project designs prior to bidding and the issuance of quotes.
- Coordinate multiple AGC projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with client requirements.
- Evaluate contracts for technical discrepancies and additional requirements.
- Address engineering and client-related issues during and post-project completion.
- Ensure all final designs, as-built drawings, manuals, and QA documentation meet established standards.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments as necessary.
- Foster effective communication within the civil team and assist in the onboarding of new staff.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Valid professional engineering registration in good standing.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
