Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement in the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio.
- Manage the training and development of beauty advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and promote our products.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized, and that all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our beauty brands, ensuring that our beauty advisors are properly trained and equipped to engage with customers and promote our products.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and lead high-performing teams, with a focus on developing and training team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
