Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our People team. If you possess a talent for identifying exceptional Engineering, Product, Design, and Data professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders in Engineering, Data, Design, and Product to create and refine recruitment strategies that align with team growth.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Lead initiatives to enhance and evolve our hiring and onboarding processes, diversity and inclusion commitments, data-driven projects, and more.
- Organize and manage outreach efforts to consistently engage high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and maintain communication with potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for various technical positions, including but not limited to Full Stack Developers, Product Managers, Designers, and others.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the capacity to adapt and address challenges as they arise.
- A genuine curiosity about technology and a proactive approach to identifying emerging trends.
- A passion for data, utilizing it to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
