Job Title: Senior Painter and Decorator

MAGIC SHADE PAINTERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Painter and Decorator to join our team. As a key member of our painting and decorating team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of painting and decorating projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule painting and decorating activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train junior painters and decorators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting and decorating.
