About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Equine Groom to join our team at 2299443 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our stable staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our horses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing and Grooming: Bathe and shampoo our horses to keep them clean and well-groomed.
  • Feeding and Nutrition: Prepare and serve high-quality food and feed to our horses, ensuring they receive the nutrients they need to thrive.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect stalls, barns, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment for our horses.
  • Animal Care: Monitor the health and behavior of our horses, reporting any concerns to our management team.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and may be required to lift heavy loads.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in our stable, and proficiency in English is required.
Working Conditions

This is a seasonal role, with a typical 40-hour workweek. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail is crucial to ensuring the health and well-being of our horses.
