Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, including walls, ceilings, and trim.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate airless spray equipment, brush painting, and roller painting equipment to achieve professional results.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Airless spray equipment, brush painting, and roller painting.
  • Surface Preparation Experience: Drywall taping/patching, water/hydroblasting, and flame cleaning.
  • Coating/Application Specialization: Aggregate painting and paint spraying.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, reliability.
