About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Marketing Impact Limited. As a Supervisor of Plastics Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Oversee the daily activities of production workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Improve Productivity and Quality: Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to increase productivity and enhance product quality.
  • Set Up and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all equipment is properly set up and maintained, and that production workers have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to production workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Order and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Production Units: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure that all materials and supplies are delivered on time and that production activities are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in plastics manufacturing.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Urban area, plastics manufacturing environment.
  • Hours of Work: 44 hours per week.
