We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Lawyer to join our team at McDonald MacQuarrie. As an Associate Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of real property and estate law cases, developing your skills and expertise in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal services to clients in real property and estate law
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve case goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in real property and estate law
Requirements:
- Member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society
- Authorized Lawyer status
- At least three years of property law experience preferred
- Strong communication and client relations skills
- Ability to work independently
