About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Career Coach to join our team at Outside The Box Marketer. As a Career Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their career goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Career Assessments: Utilize your expertise to conduct in-depth career assessments to understand clients' strengths, interests, and goals.
  • Provide Personalized Coaching Sessions: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions via video calls, phone, or online platforms to help clients develop actionable plans and navigate career transitions.
  • Resume and LinkedIn Profile Development: Assist clients in creating and refining their resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to enhance their job search prospects.
  • Job Search Strategies and Interview Preparation: Provide guidance on effective job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation techniques to help clients succeed in their job search.
  • Career Advancement and Professional Development: Help clients develop skills and strategies for career advancement and professional growth.
  • Progress Tracking and Ongoing Support: Regularly track clients' progress and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure they stay on track with their career goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Possess proven experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, or in a related field.
  • Strong Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate strong knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends, as well as excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Build Rapport: Possess the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Online Tools: Be proficient in online communication tools and career assessment software.
  • Self-Motivation and Organization: Demonstrate self-motivation and organization, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
