About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetic Technician to join our team at Enrich Treatment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Body Treatments: Provide a range of body treatments, including exfoliating body treatments, to help clients achieve healthy and glowing skin.
  • Make-up and Nail Services: Offer make-up and nail services, including gel and acrylic nail extensions, to enhance clients' natural beauty.
  • Skincare and Hair Removal: Provide expert skincare advice and perform hair removal treatments, including waxing and laser hair removal, to help clients achieve smooth and silky skin.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including scheduling and confirming appointments, to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
  • Product Sales: Sell our range of skincare and beauty products to clients, providing expert advice and recommendations to help them achieve their beauty goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Language

The language of work is English.

Work Hours

The work hours are 30 to 44 hours per week.
