Job Summary

School District #62 (Sooke) is seeking a qualified French Immersion Teacher on Call to join our team. As a French Immersion Teacher on Call, you will be responsible for providing instruction to students in French Immersion programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction to students in French Immersion programs
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Valid teaching certification
  • Experience teaching French Immersion programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
