Essential Qualifications:
  • Certification in Project, Program, or Portfolio Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PfMP, MSP, MoP, PRINCE 2, etc.)
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma (minimum two years)
  • Over 5 years of experience with MS Project
  • More than 5 years of experience in creating Azure DevOps dashboards
  • Active Secret Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project timelines
  • Create and sustain Work Breakdown Structures
  • Generate relevant reports and identify scheduling or dependency challenges
  • Perform critical path analysis
  • Facilitate schedule coordination with both internal and external project stakeholders
  • Lead and oversee activities to construct and maintain software releases
  • Support stakeholders in managing ongoing release management activities by resolving resource conflicts, scope, content, and scheduling issues among functional teams to optimize project objectives
  • Engage stakeholders to achieve consensus on schedule modifications
  • Collaborate with project managers to continuously assess and manage risks and issues, ensuring resource conflicts are identified and addressed
  • Document any potential deviations that may affect the deployment timeline
  • Weekly review of project status and issues from project managers involved in a release
  • Examine planning phase deliverables from each project to ensure completeness and quality execution
  • Provide regular updates on project schedules
