About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Camera Repair Technician to join our team at PT Papertech Inc. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining digital cameras and other electronic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Repair Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair, and repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Adjust and Align Equipment: Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies.
  • Test and Diagnose: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies, and diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults.
  • Complete Work Orders: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports.
  • Camera Setup and Maintenance: Select and set up camera equipment to be used and attach lens, filters and film magazine to camera.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Experience with digital cameras and other electronic equipment, including lighting systems and technical service and/or marketing.
  • Area of Specialization: Cameras, business and commercial machines, and mechanical equipment.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willingness to travel regularly, including cross-border travel, and a valid driver's license.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work overtime and meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a client-focused approach.
